WHISTLEBLOWING or reporting wrongdoing, is a way to bring out misconduct or illegal behavior that could happen in a company. (Ref. Legislative Decree 231/01 and subsequent amendments and amendments and Legislative Decree 24/2023).
It can relate to different situations, such as fraud, corruption, abuse, violations of laws or regulations. Anyone who reports these irregularities is called a whistleblower. This is fully protected from retaliation, or other (e.g. dismissal in the case of employees).
Whistleblowers can be both internal to the company (e.g. employees) and external stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, partners, collaborators, etc.). Reports may be anonymous. Or, following a report, the Whistleblower can explicitly request to remain anonymous.
In order to comply with the regulatory obligation, PAC S.p.a. provides the following means to make reports:
1. Box, available at company offices;
2. Ordinary mail, addressed to the Whistleblowing Office at the PAC SpA headquarters in Via Nazionale, 64 – 25044- Capo di Ponte (BS)
